Splash In Eco Car Wash in Upper Marlboro, MD is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations, drive member and wash sales, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

You will oversee a small team, handle preventive maintenance, manage cash and inventory, and collaborate with the admin assistant on membership sales and staff training. This full-time role offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; AA/BS preferred or able to complete GED program.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in car wash/retail/hospitality operations.
• Team champion with strong interpersonal skills and guest focus.
• Sales experience with ability to drive membership growth.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; tech-savvy and organized.
• Results-driven with ability to analyze processes and reports.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Membership Growth: Drive membership and wash sales through interactions.
• Operational Uptime: Perform preventive maintenance and general repairs.
• Customer Service: Address questions, concerns, and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Reconciliation: Handle POS, cash management, and inventory control.
• Employees: Lead, train, and motivate the team in uniforms and appearance.
• Administration: Collaborate with the admin assistant on employee support and memberships.
