Splash In Eco Car Wash in Upper Marlboro, MD is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead a team and ensure excellent guest experiences. You’ll drive membership and wash sales while managing daily operations and maintenance tasks in a fast-paced car wash environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; AA/BS preferred.
• 1–3 years supervisory experience in car wash, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Sales experience with membership growth and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Membership Growth: drive memberships and wash sales through interactions.
• Operational Uptime: perform preventive maintenance and handle repairs.
• Customer Service: address questions, concerns, and complaints to delight guests.
• Reconciliation: master POS, cash management, and inventory control.
• Employees: lead, train, motivate, and maintain uniforms.
• Appearance and Cleanliness: uphold high standards across lot and wash bay.
• Administration: collaborate with the office team on staff support and sales.
