Splash In Eco Car Wash is hiring a Shift Supervisor in Upper Marlboro, MD. You’ll lead a motivated team, drive membership and wash sales, ensure operational uptime, and provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll manage POS, cash, inventory, and administrative tasks, mentor staff, and uphold eco-friendly standards and high cleanliness. The role offers competitive pay, full benefits, and growth opportunities across the Mid-Atlantic region.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED, with an AA or BS degree preferred -or- ability to complete employer-paid GED program.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in car wash, retail or hospitality operations supervisory role. HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work a plus.
• Team champion with effective interpersonal skills and ability to support a team while delighting guests.
• Sales experience with proven ability to drive membership growth and loyal customers.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with aptitude for technology, problem solving and organization.
• Results-driven with a knack for analyzing processes and reports.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Membership Growth: Drive membership and wash sales through fantastic employee-customer interactions.
• Operational Uptime: Perform preventive maintenance, handle general maintenance and repairs, and tackle challenges.
• Customer Service: Address questions, concerns, and complaints and be the car wash guru.
• Reconciliation: Master POS, cash management, and inventory control.
• Employees: Lead, train, motivate, and keep the team in uniforms.
• Appearance and Cleanliness: Maintain high standards for lot, wash bay, and surroundings.
• Administration: Collaborate with the administrative assistant on staff support and membership sales.
