The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of supervisory experience in similar settings, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to manage a team and streamline processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; AA/BS preferred or willing to complete employer-paid GED program.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in car wash, retail, or hospitality operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to support a team while delighting guests.
• Sales experience with ability to drive membership growth and customer loyalty.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with technology, problem solving, and organization.
• Results-driven with ability to analyze processes and reports.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Membership Growth: Drive membership and wash sales through excellent interactions with customers.
• Operational Uptime: Perform preventive maintenance, handle general maintenance and repairs, address issues as they arise.
• Customer Service: Ensure positive customer experiences and address questions or complaints.
• Reconciliation: Manage POS systems, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Employees: Lead, train, and motivate the team; ensure uniforms and appearance standards.
• Appearance and Cleanliness: Maintain high standards for the lot, wash bay, and facilities.
• Administration: Coordinate with the admin assistant on employee support and membership sales.
