Job summary

Methodist Dallas Medical Center is seeking an ECMO specialist to participate in the development of ECMO treatment plans, coordinate with the ECMO physician and the healthcare team, and ensure implementation and education of the care plan for ECMO patients.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, ECMO training or extracorporeal circulation education, and appropriate Texas licensure (RN, RRT, or CCP). Minimum 2 years of critical care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• ECMO training program completed or extracorporeal circulation education
• Texas RN license or equivalent (RRT/CCP)

Responsibilities

• Participate in development and execution of ECMO treatment plans and coordinate with the ECMO physician and care team to interpret, adjust and complete patient care plans.
