Integration Health, Salisbury, MD, is seeking an on-site ECMO Coordinator to lead staffing, education, and transport initiatives across the ECMO program. You will work closely with hospital leadership and clinical teams to ensure high-quality ECMO services and patient outcomes.

The role requires hands-on ECMO setup and training, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate across departments. This full-time position offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or perfusion technology in an accredited program.
• Mastery of extracorporeal life support and ECMO fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for hospital teams.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and promote ECMO staffing, education and transport offerings.
• Set up, prime, and initiate ECMO support; train others to do so.
• Coordinate ECMO education, didactics, and simulation as requested.
• Maintain equipment, scheduling, and staffing for the ECMO program.
• Collaborate with Leadership, Nursing, Respiratory Care and Medical Directors.
