Job summary

Integration Health is seeking an experienced ECMO Clinical Trainer to co-lead advanced ECMO education and simulation for healthcare organizations. You’ll work with Integration Health team members to deliver evidence-based training, support multidisciplinary teams, and help clients strengthen ECMO program performance, patient safety, and clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Clinical background in critical care settings such as RN, RT, APP, Perfusionist, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead high-fidelity ECMO simulation and training engagements at client sites.
• Deliver evidence-based education grounded in adult learning principles and ELSO guidelines.
• Facilitate structured debriefings that promote clinical insight and systems improvement.
• Partner with client stakeholders to assess needs and adapt training to local goals and workflows.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in ECMO operations and bedside management.
