Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• A minimum of one year of work experience as a registered nurse.
• Minimum of 2 years of critical care nursing experience.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage ECMO system and related equipment under physician supervision.
• Coordinate care with bedside RNs, physicians, and the multidisciplinary team.
• Provide individualized patient care in the ICU and ensure clinical outcomes.
