Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3-5 years of critical care experience are required.
• Advanced critical care and ECMO experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ECMO equipment, procedures, patient care, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of coagulation, medications, blood disorders, and related medical conditions.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
• Ability to remain calm and lead a healthcare team during critical situations.

Responsabilités

• Supervise, train, and lead technical staff in the ECMO program.
• Ensure quality control, improvement initiatives, and equipment surveillance/maintenance.
• Manage patient data and ELSO Registry documentation for the ECMO program.
