Formación

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
• Maintains current State of Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license
• Maintains current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification.
• ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC are required for certain areas.

Responsabilidades

• Provides complex patient care in high-acuity units with advanced illness or injury.
• Monitors and responds to life-saving situations per nursing standards and protocols.
• Manages and interprets hemodynamic data and cardiac rhythms from monitors and devices.
• Develops and revises individualized care plans based on patient needs and responses.
• Coordinates care and delegates tasks to the healthcare team as appropriate.
• Documents care and communicates patient status to the medical team and family.

Educación

Graduate of an approved school of nursing

Current Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license

Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification

ACLS, NRP, PALS, TNCC for certain areas
