Job summary

Collaborative for Educational Services (CES) in Westfield, MA is seeking an Early Childhood Mental Health - Program Coordinator. You will lead ECMH clinicians, design professional development, and consult with educators and families to foster trauma-informed, strengths-based environments for young children.

You will supervise weekly, coach adult learners, and collaborate with community partners to expand access to ECMH services while promoting belonging and inclusion in all programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and state licensure in MA applicable to your degree.
• At least 5 years of direct work with young children in group settings.
• Experience providing reflective clinical supervision and adult learning.
• Strengths-based approach to working with children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly reflective clinical supervision to ECMH clinicians and manage caseloads.
• Design and deliver workshops, coaching, and mentorship for early educators.
• Conduct direct observations and develop tailored 'Success Plans' for children.
• Engage with programs and families to promote access to ECMH services.
• Advocate for inclusive, high-quality services across programs.
