Job summary

The Home for Little Wanderers seeks a Per Diem ECMH Clinician to join our Center for Early Childhood team in Massachusetts. You will deliver insurance-reimbursable ECMH services to infants through school-age children and their families, with a focus on collaborative, trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, manage a meaningful caseload, and engage with families to support child development, caregiver goals, and community-based care coordination.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field.
• Experience with children aged 0-7.
• Strong cultural curiosity and responsiveness.
• Strong capacity for self-reflection.
• Computer literate and able to learn new software.
• Ability to travel regularly.
• Spanish and/or Haitian Creole language skills preferred.
• Massachusetts licensure (LICSW/LCSW/LMHC/LMFT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide insurance reimbursable ECMH services including individual, dyadic, family, and group therapy.
• Assess families and child needs using standardized tools and developmental considerations.
• Support caregivers with goals and referrals.
• Attend to families in crisis and facilitate access to services.
• Maintain caseload to meet per diem productivity goals.
• Document work and ensure compliance with utilization review standards.
