Qualifications

• Experience providing reflective clinical supervision and facilitating adult learning.
• Strengths-based approach to addressing challenges with children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly reflective clinical supervision to ECMH clinicians.
• Design and deliver workshops, coaching, and mentorship for early educators.
• Maintain a small caseload and craft tailored 'Success Plans' for children.
• Engage with programs, families, and community partners to promote ECMH services.
• Advocate for accessible, high-quality services in diverse communities.
