Job summary

CSCU System Office in Hartford, CT seeks an ECM Senior System Administrator to manage imaging systems, workflows, and integrations across the CSCU ecosystem. The role acts as an internal consultant for ECM strategy and operations.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with at least six years of experience in ECM technologies, strong communication, and project management skills. Hybrid/remote options are not indicated; CT-based employment is implied.

Qualifications

• A minimum of six years of experience in planning, developing, and operating ECM/IM systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong project management.
• Ability to work with diverse faculty, staff, and students and to communicate across units.

Responsibilities

• Direct system-wide ECM teams to provide standardized solutions across CSCU.
• Maintain and support ECM applications at the system level with vendors.
• Design and manage document types, queues, and security schemes.
