Job summary

State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services is seeking an Enterprise Content Management Solutions Developer to build, enhance, and support document management solutions across state agencies. You will work with IBM platforms including Content Navigator, Datacap, FileNet, and Enterprise Records in a hybrid role based in Hartford.

The role requires 7 years of IT experience and hands-on expertise with Java, .NET, and the IBM ECM stack.

Qualifications

7 years of experience in IT operations, programming, systems/software development, or related IT field.
1 year of full professional-level complex technical support experience in communications networks, WAN systems, or system applications development.
Experience with IBM Datacap, IBM Content Navigator, IBM FileNet, and IBM Enterprise Records.
Experience with Java and .NET programming.
Ability to troubleshoot document management ecosystem issues and optimize performance.

Responsibilities
