Job summary

The State of Connecticut - Department of Administrative Services (DAS), Bureau of Information Technology Solutions (BITS) seeks an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Solutions Developer (Information Technology Analyst 3) in Hartford, CT. This is a full-time, hybrid role focused on delivering robust document management across multiple state agencies.

You will work with IBM Datacap, IBM IER, IBM FileNet, and IBM Content Navigator to design, administer, and support ECM solutions.

• Experience with enterprise content management (ECM) systems is a plus.

THE ROLE

We're looking for a proactive, tech-forward professional to join our Electronic Content Management team. In this role, you’ll help build, enhance, and support document management solutions used across multiple state agencies. You’ll work across several platforms, including IBM Datacap, IBM IER, and IBM FileNet to contribute to solution design and administration and play a key role in delivering reliable, user-focused services.

• Develop, administer, and support solutions built on IBM Content Navigator (ICN), IBM Datacap, IBM FileNet, and IBM Enterprise Records (IER);


• Troubleshoot issues in our document management ecosystem and help optimize performance;

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS

PURPOSE OF JOB CLASS (NATURE OF WORK)

In a state agency Information Technology (IT) environment this class is accountable for performing the most complex and technical support work and/or acting as a working supervisor of Information Technology Analysts engaged in information systems development or technical support.
