Job summary

Motion Picture Industry Pension & Health Plans (MPI) seeks an ECM Business Administrator to maintain, update, and configure the ECM system. You will provide MPI-centric business knowledge, support, and resource scheduling for critical updates and enhancements.

Success relies on strong technical aptitude, understanding of MPI processes, and ability to partner with other departments to document and execute needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Understanding of MPI business processes and procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Demonstrated autonomy and initiative.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Proven customer service orientation with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and deliver ECM strategies across the organization.
• Define and assume responsibility for application updates, optimization, and customization to evolve ECM features.
• Analyze updates, upgrades, and new features for viability and compatibility.
• Advise internal stakeholders on integrated data and capabilities.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure ECM works effectively for all areas.
• Coordinate release/update cycles with IT.
• Develop testing and remediation strategies for releases.
• Provide ECM training consulting.
• Review issues and training in regular meetings.
• Provide technical support to Records Management staff.
