Job summary

Amity Foundation in Los Angeles seeks a compassionate ECM Data Entry Clerk to support Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports programs. You will enter student demographics, upload documentation, and maintain accurate records in the EHR.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and proficiency with EHR systems like Exym or Epic, along with Microsoft Office. You will collaborate with Case Managers and QA staff to ensure timely, compliant data and smooth claim

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2 years related data entry or administrative experience
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Enter ECM student demographics and referral information into the EHR
• Upload documentation into correct EHR categories
• Maintain naming conventions and filing standards
• Monitor referrals and initiate EHR entries per MCP timelines
• Prepare reports and assist with claims submission
• Ensure data meets Medi-Cal and MCP requirements
• Coordinate with Case Managers and QA staff
• Attend trainings and perform other duties
