Qualifications

• CA licensure for professional services.
• Experience with Medi-Cal underserved populations.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical assessments under licensed clinician direction.
• Bill ECM time and document in EHR.
• Provide training and clinical guidance to ECM staff.
• Coordinate care plans and multidisciplinary meetings.
• Ensure audits pass by Health Plans/DHCS.
• Support ECM staff with complex cases.
