Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have ability to plan, direct, and review the work of management.
• Knowledge of organization and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, evaluate, and support ECI Program Staff.
• Oversee the implementation of the ECI Program work plan and related activities.
• Coordinate and assess staff development programs and training.
• Prepare programmatic reporting and monitoring to ensure compliance.
• Represent the agency in communications with HHSC ECI and other partners.
