Job summary

Valley View Cardiovascular Clinic in Glenwood Springs, CO seeks an experienced sonographer to perform diagnostic echocardiograms (TTE/TEE) with Definity contrast and bubble studies. Minimum 5 years’ experience, with inpatient and outpatient exposure and travel to outreach Heart and Vascular Clinics.

• Minimum of 5 years of echocardiography experience.
• Experience with TTE, TEE, Definity contrast, bubble studies, echocardiograms, and stress echocardiography.
• CC/ARDMS credential (RDCS, RVT) or ARDMS credentialing is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic echo exams in a safe, caring and clinically effective manner.
• Inpatient and outpatient echo studies with both travel to outreach Heart and Vascular Clinics.
• Participates in evening/night/weekend call rotation.

Job description

Award winning cardiovascular clinic nestled Glenwood Springs, Colorado, awaits the adventure seeking sonographer.

Performs diagnostic echo exams in a safe, caring and clinically effective manner. Minimum of 5-years of experience. Must have experience with TTE, TEE, Definity contrast, bubble studies, echocardiograms, stress echo's and both inpatient and outpatient experience.

This is a full-time inpatient and outpatient position that could include travel to outreach Heart and Vascular Clinics, includes evening/night/weekend call rotation.

Qualifications:

• CCI credentialed in Cardiac or ARDMS (RDCS, RVT)
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association, AHA).
• Left hand scanner is preferred.

SALARY RANGE

• $2.25/hour evening shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 3:00pm-11:30pm.
• $4.00/hour night shift differential when working a minimum of 4 consecutive hours between 11:00pm - 7:30am.
• $4.25/hour weekend differential when working 5 or more continuous hours between 7pm on Friday and 7am on Sunday.
• $8,000 Sign-On bonus, for those that qualify (2-year commitment required/Internal candidates not eligible)
• Annual Bonus based upon organizational and individual performance.
