Qualifications

• Knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology; congenital and acquired conditions.
• Proficiency in 2D, M‑mode, Doppler, and color flow imaging.
• Understanding of ultrasound physics and equipment operation.
• Ability to obtain and interpret diagnostic-quality images independently.
• Clinical documentation standards and EMR usage.
• Ability to follow protocols and safety procedures, including infection control.

Responsibilities

• Quality patient care through performance improvement and collaboration with leadership.
• Direct patient care following established protocols for safe treatment.
• Maintain accurate patient records and infection control standards.
• Indirect patient care: keep areas clean, manage biohazards, and adapt to needs.
