Job summary

Sentara Princess Anne Hospital in Virginia Beach is hiring an Echocardiographer to perform Echo, Stress Echo, and Doppler studies with TEE capabilities. You will work across Cardiac Non-Invasive Lab areas and assist in bedside patient care.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, registry within 12 months, and BLS/ACLS within 90 days, with at least 1 year of echocardiography experience. Full-time, day shift with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equivalent (required).
• Adult echocardiography registry (RCCS or RCS or RDCS) required within 12 months of hire.
• BLS (Required within 90 days).
• ACLS (Required within 90 days).
• Echocardiographer experience (1 year minimum).

Responsibilities

• Perform Echo, Stress Echo, and Doppler tests to evaluate heart and vessels.
• Conduct TEE echocardiograms and pharmacologic stress echoes.
• Complete technologist reports in the structured report application.
• Work in Cardiac Non-Invasive Lab, EP/Cath Lab, OR, ICU and bedside with patients.
