Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks an Echo/Vascular Technician to support our clinical team at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver. You will perform diagnostic ultrasound exams, ensure patient safety, document results, and coordinate with physicians to deliver high-quality care.

This full-time role offers a 40-hour week with 4/10s shifts and rotating Saturdays. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for level II/III eligibility, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications Echo Technologist IARDMS or CCI certification in cardiac or vascular sonography.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• Preferred qualifications Bachelor’s Degree; degree verified.
• 1+ year of experience.
• Must meet Echo/Vascular Technologist I qualifications and obtain registries.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound exams consistent with department protocols and timely delivery.
• Prioritize and schedule exams; coordinate with medical staff and patients.
• Document exam results and maintain equipment and supplies.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and ensure safety.
• Mentor caregivers and students on equipment use and technique.
