Job summary

CoxHealth is seeking an Echocardiography professional to independently perform cardiac imaging and vascular ultrasounds in a collaborative cardiovascular department at Cox South. The role emphasizes patient welfare and high-quality imaging under physician supervision.

The position offers evening shifts, a strong team of echo professionals, and opportunities to participate in advanced structural heart procedures in a busy academic-like setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate or graduation eligible from an approved school of medical sonography.
• One year dedicated ultrasound experience OR no experience with education requirement.
• Must obtain BLS within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiography and vascular ultrasound procedures per standards.
• Support structural heart procedures (TEE, TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman).
• Operate and document using EPIC EMR and imaging systems.
