Qualifications

• Graduate of a formal Diagnostic Sonography Program or Cardiovascular Technology Program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Flexibility to provide support across Cardiology services and locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform 2D, color flow, and Doppler echocardiograms at a technical level not requiring supervision.
• Locate and identify anomalies of disease or injury during imaging.
• Prepare and review patient records for interpretation by physicians.
• Clean and sterilize equipment and workspaces to maintain safety and sterility.
