Job Summary

Full‑time day shift Echo Tech II position in the non‑invasive cardiology department at Medical City Heart & Spine Hospitals.

Work Hours & Call Requirements

• Four 10‑hour shifts per week with at least two weekend days per month.
• Weekday call required; call must be within 30 minutes of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac ultrasound examinations including M‑Mode, 2‑D, Doppler, color Doppler, and stress echocardiography.
• Conduct studies on adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations.
• Maintain instrumentation and equipment function.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• College degree or technical training program preferred.
• Registered in Adult Echo within 3 months of hire (RCS, RDMS, or RDCS).
• Current Basic Life Support certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• One year of experience in echocardiography preferred.
• Detailed knowledge of cardiac and thoracic anatomy, physiology, and hemodynamics.
