Job summary

Mount Carmel Health System, a member of Trinity Health, is hiring an experienced Cardiovascular Sonographer to perform Echocardiography and/or Vascular diagnostic testing following accredited guidelines. You will report preliminary findings to physicians and work within organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Registered by ARDMS as RVT or RDCS, or by CCI as RCS or RVS.
• BLS certification required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography preferred.
• Minimum one year experience in cardiovascular imaging preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Echocardiography and/or Vascular diagnostic testing per Accreditation Guidelines and within organizational standards.
• Report preliminary findings for physician interpretation.
• Maintain equipment and ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
