Job summary

VSHP Volunteer State Health Plan, Inc is seeking an ECF CHOICES Supervisor to lead a team of Support Coordinators, ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance, and person-centered care. You will coach staff, manage workflows, and drive outcomes across care coordination.

The role requires RN licensure or MSW licensure, supervisory experience, and the ability to travel up to 90% to support field operations and partnerships.

Qualifications

• RN with active Tennessee license or MSW with unrestricted license or BS in related field as approved by TENNCARE.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
• 2 years supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staff performance and coordinate training for maximum performance.
• Supervise and evaluate staff to ensure effective, person-centered coordination.
• May carry a case load during census fluctuations or staffing coverage.
• Mentor the team to follow ECF CHOICES guidelines and procedures.
• Travel up to 90% as required.
