Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies in Frisco, TX is hiring a Teacher to lead and mentor classroom staff, implementing our curriculum to meet each child's needs. You will create a safe, nurturing environment, and partner with parents to support student learning.

Requirements include CDA or NAEYC candidacy, 2-3 years ECE experience, a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education, and CPR/First Aid certification. We offer discounted child care, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy required or in process.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• English literacy to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom and model behaviors.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support children's education and care.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
