Qualifications

• Master’s degree in early childhood education, human services, public administration, or related field from an accredited university or college.
• At least 3 years of progressive professional experience in early childhood programs; Head Start/Early Head Start preferred.
• Ability to aggregate, analyze, synthesize, and present research and data from multiple sources for monitoring and decision-making.
• Experience using web-based and off-the-shelf data management software and tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to develop clear, high-quality products for clients.

Responsibilities

• Translate research into actionable information and advise clients on linking research to program strategy or grant-making.
• Support monitoring, technical assistance, and continuous improvement for early childhood programs.
• Aggregate and present data from multiple sources to identify trends and support decision-making.
• Develop high-quality written and presentation products and guidance materials.
• Engage with clients and partners to gather information, facilitate meetings, and communicate findings.
