Job summary

Savannah Technical College seeks an experienced ECE Coach to provide state-approved trainings and coaching services to early care providers in the Southeast Georgia region. The role focuses on Quality Rated readiness, coaching visits, and professional development opportunities through CCR&R and local colleges.

Under supervision of the CCR&R Zone Manager, you will develop action plans, conduct site visits, and coordinate with universities and technical colleges to enhance program quality and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human services, family and consumer sciences, early childhood education or related field.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
• Excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills; self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality improvement coaching to Child Care Learning Centers and Family Child Care Learning Homes participating in Quality Rated.
• Conduct assessments to determine readiness for coaching and provide training on processes and resources.
• Develop a Plan of Action (POA) with providers and assist in implementation.
• Track coaching activities and maintain records and data as assigned.
• Generate reports and provide feedback on outcomes; present progress updates to management.
