Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, or related area.
• Minimum of four years of experience in Early Childhood Education.
• Excellent communications skills and ability to supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the Easter Seals Child Development Center.
• Develop and implement center marketing plans.
• Lead staff meetings and coordinate services with families and partners.
• Ensure center complies with licensure and accreditation standards.
• Monitor budgets, enrollment, and reporting.
