Responsibilities

• Provide advanced nursing care for critically ill and unstable patients in the Emergency & Critical Care teams.
• Manage and prioritize workflow for complex critical care cases with veterinarians and specialists.
• Lead daily rounds, communicate findings and treatment priorities to the team.
• Mentor technicians pursuing advanced critical care skills and help develop SOPs.
