Job summary
Draper in Cambridge, MA seeks a Group Leader for the ECAD Technology Group to manage a multi-disciplinary team of ECAD librarians, tool admins, and engineers. You will oversee staffing, performance reviews, and mentoring while shaping technology roadmaps and ensuring secure, compliant workflows.

Qualifications
- Requires a degree in Engineering or related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in the engineering; design, development, and management of complex systems.
- Excellent communication and written skills; ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Experience supervising a team of 10-20 people and conducting performance evaluations.
Responsibilities
- Manage administrative details and career development for group members.
- Convey information from management to group members and provide coaching.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate performance of group members; hire as needed.
- Shape Draper’s technology offerings and develop capability roadmaps in ECAD.
