Job summary

Apex Systems in Foster City, CA is seeking an ECAD Library & PLM Engineer to own the Altium component library and its integration with ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE. You will manage part creation, release workflows, and data synchronization between ECAD and PLM, partnering with mechanical teams on CATIA interoperability while driving data quality initiatives.

We require a 6+ year track record in ECAD library management and PLM administration, deep Altium expertise, and strong understanding of IPC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years in ECAD library management, PLM administration, or electrical design data management.

Responsibilities

• Own the Altium component library end-to-end (schematic symbols, footprints, models, metadata).
• Administer Altium-to-3DEXPERIENCE integration, ensure synchronization of part masters, revisions, and BOMs.
• Manage electrical part creation and release from intake to release.
