Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher must be completed.
• Completion of WorkKeys or equivalent training is required.
• Experience with EC students and IEP concepts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to state, federal, and local laws and policies.
• Assist EC students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning.
• Supervise students in classrooms, halls, cafeterias, and gymnasiums.
• Document progress toward IEP goals using data.
• Present subject matter under teacher guidance using various delivery methods.
• Assist with attendance procedures, keeping accurate records.
• Prepare materials and bulletin boards for class activities.
