Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking an EC/TCTO Developer to support the U.S. Coast Guard’s C5ISC. The role focuses on managing EC/TCTO documentation, change control, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.

The position requires an active Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to work in a remote environment. Competitive compensation will reflect experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum two-year experience providing USCG EC/TCTO development.
• Experience with the development of Field Changes, Engineering Changes and TCTOs.
• Ability to obtain CAC and possess a Secret clearance.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Follow SFLC EC/TCTO procedures and provisioning process per COR.
• Receive, process and track field generated ECRs and CG-22s.
• Create and maintain project case files for ECRs, CG-22s, ECs and TCTOs.
• Prepare ECs/TCTOs and associated documentation for review.
• Attend EC/TCTO Development Team meetings as directed.
