Job summary

Cherokee Federal is seeking an EC/TCTO Developer to ensure effective implementation of ECs and TCTOs for Coast Guard missions. You will manage configuration, documentation, and change-control processes across cross-functional teams while adhering to regulatory standards.

The role requires active Secret clearance, US citizenship, and CAC eligibility. It is remote, with coordination across government stakeholders, and includes thorough documentation and continuous improvement responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Two-year experience providing USCG entities with EC/TCTO development.
• Experience with the development of Field Changes, Engineering Changes and TCTOs.
• Ability to obtain Common Access Card (CAC) and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage EC/TCTO documentation and change control per COR direction.
• Use Coast Guard tools to track ECRs, CG-22s, ECs and TCTOs.
• Create and maintain project case files for ECs/TCTOs.
• Prepare ECs/TCTOs for review and comment.
• Attend EC/TCTO Development Team meetings and coordinate provisioning for new items.
• Assist in planning POAM and milestone management.
• Coordinate meetings with platform teams and other technical staff.
• Gather data from Coast Guard units for EC requirements.
