Job summary

LEEBOY Inc., part of the FAYAT Group, seeks an Engineering Change Order (ECO) Planner to administer, coordinate, and process ECNs. You will procure and plan materials aligned with MRP/ERP system effective dates, and monitor items using Epicor data, cycle counts, and supplier information.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, purchasing, and engineering to manage BOMs, part attributes, and change tracking, ensuring timely ECN implementation across the production cycle.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with knowledge of manufacturing and inventory management.
• Minimum of two years planning, procurement, inventory control, or manufacturing admin experience.
• MRP/ERP experience required.
• Experience with engineering change processes and BOM maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review ECN impacts at the site and inform affected departments via reports.
• Coordinate essential processing and coordination of Engineering Changes.
• Maintain accurate Part Attributes, BOMs, and new part implementation.
• Read and manage multi-level Bills of Materials.
• Track ECN progress and report status to related departments.
• Coordinate materials, purchasing, production around ECN effectivity dates in Epicor.
• Expedite and reschedule open purchase orders to meet production planning.
• Maintain ECM reports using Excel, Epicor, Access, and PDM.
• Complete pilot testing for ERP system improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
