Synchronous Solutions, Inc. is seeking an eBuilder Analyst for our onsite program management team in Chicago, IL, supporting a major airport redevelopment program at O’Hare.

The role focuses on configuring eBuilder processes, workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards while supporting users and resolving issues. You will work with stakeholders to improve workflows, data quality, and business processes, with emphasis on customer service and training materials.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of eBuilder administration/implementation experience.

• Experience configuring workflows, forms, and reports in eBuilder.

• Experience supporting users and troubleshooting eBuilder issues; understanding PM workflows.

• Knowledge of construction and project management processes.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work onsite full-time at O’Hare.
