Job summary

OnIndus is seeking a Senior e-Builder Business Analyst / Functional Lead to drive enterprise PMIS implementations for national capital programs. This client-facing role entails leading discovery, future-state design, platform configuration, and guiding clients from strategy to go-live across healthcare, higher education, transportation, and government sectors.

Qualifications

5+ years of direct hands-on Trimble e-Builder Enterprise implementation experience.
Proven experience leading enterprise PMIS implementations.
Strong Business Analysis experience including requirements gathering and solution design.
Experience configuring e-Builder Business Processes, Forms, Workflow, Security, Reports, and Document Management.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle e-Builder implementation projects from discovery through production deployment
Facilitate client workshops to gather business, operational, and reporting requirements
Translate complex business processes into scalable e-Builder solutions
Develop implementation roadmaps and functional design documentation
Partner with executive stakeholders throughout implementation
Guide clients on capital program standards and PMIS governance practices
