Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager - BHS to support the multi-billion-dollar O’Hare redevelopment program.

You’ll partner with client representatives and manage the appointed Construction Manager At-Risk, helping with contract packages, design and construction oversight, and progress reporting. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction, 5+ years of PM experience on large projects, and the ability to work onsite

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction.
• 5+ years’ experience as an Assistant Project Manager on large-scale projects.
• Experience on projects with minimum construction value of $100 million.
• Related design and construction project management experience with building projects.
• Working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building.
• Experience with vertical design and construction projects.
• Ability to work onsite full time at O’Hare International Airport with the program management team.

Mansioni

• Partner with client representatives and manage the appointed Construction Manager At-Risk (CMR).
• Support Project Managers with stakeholder coordination, interface management, and reporting.
• Assist in design and construction oversight, value engineering, risk assessments and presentation materials.
• Oversee contract packages, project schedules, and site walks with the PM/CM team.
