Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years in business analysis or application support roles.
• Experience with electronic billing/payment systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for EBPP application management.
• Track, analyze, and resolve inquiries related to billing and payment processes.
• Identify issues based on reports and inquiries received.
• Coordinate with Alacriti to address issues and service requests.
• Monitor system performance, generate reports, and provide insights for efficiency.
• Recommend and implement EBPP process improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain documentation of processes and changes.
• Educate users on EBPP processes and tools.
