Qualifications

• Advanced clinical credential (e.g., BSN, RN) with public health experience.
• Three years of international outbreak response/public health operations experience.
• Prior humanitarian coordination experience preferred (WHO EMT/GOARN).

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site DART operations and oversee field response functions.
• Coordinate with partners (WHO, MOH, COUSP) and manage coordination mechanisms.
• Act as IMT technical liaison and ensure regular reporting between field teams and leadership.
• Implement grant requirements and data collection/reporting per US DoS grants.
• Oversee clinical case-management workflows, admissions, treatment, and discharge planning.
• Ensure data quality and analytics, integrating data into DHIS2.
