Responsibilities

• Establish standards and procedures for EBM operation and changeovers.
• Support team development and performance improvement.
• Oversee EBM machine operation for accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in product and process improvements and risk identification.
• Support manufacturing with day-to-day troubleshooting.
• Develop and execute validation protocols.
• Participate in safety, quality, GMP and audits.
• Lead operators to ensure productivity and KPI targets.
• Design and implement training matrices for operators.
• Ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain good housekeeping and GMP practices.
