Job summary

Uniloy is seeking a Lab Manager to lead the daily lab operations, develop personnel, and apply tools and processes to meet company policies and customer requirements. You will work with business partners to drive key metrics and ensure timely, high-quality outputs.

The role requires hands-on blow molding equipment experience, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor staff while coordinating cross-functional activities with sales and engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with blow molding equipment and processing.
• 4+ years in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily lab activities and personnel development.
• Guide technical activities and ensure customer needs are met.
• Document and improve lab processes and best practices.
• Provide training and mentoring for staff.
• Provide estimates for timing and cost of development activities.
• Travel to customer sites for support and training.
