We’re looking for a Customer Relations Specialist III to join our PSA Customer Relations team in Santa Ana, CA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 1+ years of relevant customer relations experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent listening skills and empathetic demeanor.
• Organized and detail oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledgeable in Google Workspace systems.
• Knowledgeable utilizing Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exercise discretion and sound judgment when engaging with internal and external parties.
• Collaborates with Operations and other departments to find solutions for customer responses.
• Provides accurate information using department protocols.
• Resolves queries by clarifying issues and offering best solutions.
• Maintains accounts by processing customer adjustments.
• Keeps department spreadsheet of incoming orders up to date.
• Escalates unresolved issues to the lead/supervisor.
