Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead operations in the Dubuque area. You will oversee daily store performance, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest service in a high-volume quick service environment.

The role requires strong leadership, time management, and a commitment to food safety and team development. You will coach team members, manage schedules, and collaborate with district managers to achieve store goals and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2-4 years of store manager experience.
• 2-3 years of area manager experience preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and motivate others.
• Leadership, multitasking, organization, mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Develops goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
• Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and expertise.
• Supervises an effective self-inspection program.
• Assists managers with training and development of team.
• Leads local marketing initiatives and recruitment of store managers.
• Oversee Dubuque and Bettendorf stores.

Responsibilities

• Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work
• Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and expertise
• Supports and supervises an effective self-inspection program
• Understands employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence
• Assists Managers with monitoring and maintaining the productivity level of Team Members
• Verifies that all team members/supervisors understand the brand specific philosophy
• Assists Mangers with training and developing team
• Creates and nurtures a property environment that emphasizes motivation, empowerment, teamwork and passion for providing service
• Demonstrates knowledge of the brand specific service culture
• Provides Exceptional Customer Service
• Improves service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed
• Provides information to Managers by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person
• Analyses information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems
• Extends professionalism and courtesy to team members and guests at all times
• Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs

Skills and Qualifications
