Job summary

Smoothie King, Kingdom Franchises, LLC is hiring a Store Manager to lead operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

You will drive sales, mentor a team, ensure food safety, and oversee Dubuque and Bettendorf stores, delivering exceptional customer experiences across locations in Iowa.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of store manager experience.
• 2–3 years of area manager experience preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Leadership, multitasking, organization, mentoring, ability to motivate others.
• Serv Safe Certification within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work.
• Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and expertise.
• Supports and supervises an effective self-inspection program.
• Understands employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence.
• Assists Managers with monitoring and maintaining the productivity level of Team Members.
• Verifies that all team members/supervisors understand the brand specific philosophy.
• Assists Mangers with training and developing team.
• Creates and nurtures a property environment that emphasizes motivation, empowerment, teamwork and passion for providing service.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the brand specific service culture.
• Provides Exceptional Customer Service.
• Improves service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.
• Provides information to Managers by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
• Analyses information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
• Extends professionalism and courtesy to team members and guests at all times.
• Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs.
• Leads local marketing initiatives and the recruitment, development and coaching of store managers.
• Oversee Dubuque and Bettendorf stores.
